What's new on our website and how does it help you?
- My Account" gives you the opportunity to view all the orders and products that you have previously purchased from us. Click “Regular Order” to see all the products that you have ever bought from us or "View Order" to see the detail of each individual order. In both cases it will show you; the image, product code, description, price and also give you an opportunity to add the quantity you require, allowing you to place repeat orders at the fastest possible speed. In addition within this section you can change your password, delivery address and billing address etc
• Clicking on “Welcome” at the top of the home page will tell you all about us.
• There is now no delivery charge on orders over £30 excl VAT and below this figure the next day delivery charge is only £3.99. Both of these benefits are strictly limited to orders placed on the internet.
• In the top right hand side of the screen is a box that constantly updates to advise you how far you are from qualifying for free delivery. Please note certain outlying areas such as the Highlands and Islands will always have to pay a delivery charge and this populates during the order process or can be viewed in the “Delivery” section at the bottom of the screen
• Scrolling down the home page will take you to “This Months Best Sellers” which features the fastest selling products of the month and “Special Offers” which features an ever changing array of fantastic offers at huge discounts.
• Searching for products from the home page is easy, either by using the search box or the drop down menu. You can then refine the search even further by range or price using the Category Search on the left hand side of the next screen.
• Testimonials are featured on the home page which hopefully will give you confidence in our reliability and excellent value for money. Our regular analysis shows us that we are consistently more competitive than our competitors on any basket of products but if this is not the case simply provide us with published evidence and we will rectify the situation. Naturally this has to exclude promotional offers
• By registering with us you will qualify to receive regular discount codes by email that you can enter into the "Discount Code" box enabling you to derive even more benefit from trading with us.
• There is a huge section on FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) at the bottom of the site along with sections on Deliveries and Returns
• The Product pages now have new improved images and there is also the opportunity to enlarge the image, allowing you to see the product in full detail before you buy.
• You can now view products in a list or by grid, in groups of 15, 30 or All. Just click on your preferred options and the screen will adjust to your requirements
• On the individual product pages you will now find sections on “Related Products” and “Recently Reviewed Products.” The former does exactly what it suggests, showing you items that are complimentary to the product you have purchased, whilst the latter stores a list of the items that you have viewed on recent visits to our web site.
• The opportunity to leave reviews now gives us great feedback and enables us to understand what we are doing well and most importantly what you want us to do better.
• We hope that you will find the website to your liking.
